SUMMERY 2021

We've several programs what was created in the year 2014 and now it show a good result to the 2021, above that all we must confront with COVID19 situation also.

Social development-Social Juctice Program-Zéro homeless

We began solving the more deeper trouble

the homeless people situation what was a big deal. So we all together with all forces began to clean our town we will to be free this trouble. The same time happened the same action in the other cities of the country also.

The creature of the new institutions, social cantins of the Churche Service, communities with colaboration of the Food Bank and Social Security, social assistentes of the City Hall and Parish Board we had able to clean our city to the year 2020. The campaing hospitais gave a roof also to the shelters people while pandemia.

Enhacement in the Social Security system

We've some change in the protection social from initial of this year 2021 like get a raise of the subsidy of unemployment to a value 501,00€ mounthly  and variously others subsidies what give support in the 

pandemic situation.

Support of the COVID19 is a subsidy to those citizens who hadn't subsidy and lived without income.

Extra family subsidy to those citizens who are domestic and independent workers.

Extra subsidy to those citizens who lost their income and remain without subsidy in the last year 2020.

They gave aknowledge to the population about the fix dates of the payments.

It's mean  not any person couldn't remain without income and food aids. The people who were tired and had wrecked health by

excessive work had possibility to a recuperation in this rest.

All thought-out might not exist lesser value of the income like the subsidy of unemployment what's a value of 501,00€ mounthly.

If those citizens receive the value of subsidy of unemployment to they could to have condition to looking for a job, support their families and will not lose their stability while unemployment situation, the other persons have same rights to receive the same value to live with human conditions.

Development in the environment and urbanization

Abandoned houses, buildings and deplorated islands of the shacks without humans' conditions existed in year 2014 yet when I call attention of front of the City Hall of the Muncipality- where was realized a dialogue about the Citizens' Human Rights- what situations exist in the national territory and how is prejudice the citizens' human rights that situation.

They began to go aruond the territory they call attention the population to clean their households ,they began to rebuild ou demolish the abandoned habitations and they built new buildings and habitations.

A Congress of the ONU was realized in December of 2016 in Lisboa where ONU rapporteurs made a recommendation about the right to adequate habitation, sanitation and water condition and the shacks' islands communities wiithout humans' condition, wich way it prejudice

the public health and the citizens' rights.

Not long before the Goverment began demolish some shacks' islands without humans' conditions and they built new urbanizations and social habitations what makes a big lack to the population yet.

The construction was so quickly in our town and all places gain a new quality of living to the year 2021.

The Prime Ministers' Program To Fight Forest Fires they clean and protect the green forest what gain a new life and a new looking.

The Program Protect Abandoned Animals

show a good result also with creation more veterinary clinic, new camps to the abandoned animals and new law about

treatment of the animals.

The margin of Portugal turned to positive and show a huge enhacement of environment.

Beachs, streets, public places became 100% clean and safety, the city stay free the bad smells and dilapidated walls and

it's present more quality of living to the citizens.

MUDANCAS E MELHORAMENTO PARA 2021

Várias programas que  foram criadas no ano 2014 mostraram muitos bons resultados para 2021, assima que temos confrontar com o situação do COVID19.

Desenvolvimento Social, Programa do Justiça Social-Zéro Sem-abrigo

Comerçamos o ponto mais baixo, o situação sem-abrigo que provocou uma dilemma enorme. Juntamos tudo força limpar a nossa cidade deste probléma e o mesmo tempo todos os cidades no  País inteiro.Criação do novo instituções, refeitórios sociais com Communidades Paroquiais com a colaboração do Banco Alimentar e Segurança Social, ajuda de assistente sociais de Junta Frequésia e Cámara Municipal conseguimos limpar as ruas da cidade para 2020.

Hospitais do campanha dérem lugar  para as pessoas do sem-abrigo também durante COVID19 na cidades maiores.

Melhoramento no sistéma do Segurança Social

Conseguimos melhoramentos no Proteção Social também com criação de várias apoios.

Sistéma de lay-off protegiu os trabalhadores para não perder o emprego que foi criado pelo Governo.

Aumentação do subsídio desemprego para 501,00€ partir Janeiro de 2021.

Apoios durante Estado Emergéncia como apoio do COVID19 para aqueles pessoas quem não tinha rendimento  ningum,

apoio extra familiar para trabalhadores serviços domésticos e trabalhadoras independentes, apoio extra aqueles pessoas quem perderam o subsídio no ano 2020.Quero dizer ningum cidadão não podia ficar sem rendimento e alimentação. Pessoas conseguiram descançar mais quem tinha gastos do saúde por excesso do trabalho também neste Estado de Emergéncia. Comfirmaram as datas certas do pagamentos.

Assima disto tudo não podia existir menos rendimento como o subsídio desemprego que tem um valor 501,00€. Se aqueles cidadãos quem está no situação desemprego receber 501,00€ para ter condições básicas para viver e procurar emprego, as outras pessoas também não podia ter menos rendimento como o valor do subsídio desemprego.

Desenvolvimento ambientais e urbanizações

Casas e prédios abandonados, bairros sem condições humanos que existiu ainda no ano 2014 quando tive chamar atenção a frente do Salão Nobre do Loulé,onde foi realizado um discurso sobre Direitos Humanos, que situação existe no território nacional e que maneira prejudicar este probléma os Direitos Humanos dos cidadãos.

Comerçaram ir a volta de tudo e chamaram atenção pessoas arrumar os terrenos deles, comerçaram renovar e demoilir as casas e edifícios abandonados

e  construir novos prédios e habitações.

Um Congresso dos Nações Unidos realizaram no ano 2016 de Decembro em Lisboa onde os conselheiros do ONU chamaram atenção que bairros existe sem condições humanos e que maneira  prejudicar o saúde humana. Antas disto já comerçaram desmartelar alguns bairros das baraccas sem condições e comerçaram construir urbanizações e habitações sociais, que ainda fazer falta para muitos famílias e cidadãos.

A nossa cidade o construção foi muito rápido, ficou renovado e ganho mais qualidade da vida para 2021.

O margem do Portugal mudou para positívo e melhorou a qualidade do ambiente, as praias e ruas ficaram mais limpos sem mal cheiros, crecherem novos espaços que presentar mais qualidade da vida para as cidadãos.

RIGHT TO THE HABITATION

It's a big deal, a deep suffering when we feel the lack of the own habitation, what is a situation of the inequality, situation between poverty and riches, situation of the violation of the Human Rights.

We born, we grow up, we study, we must choose a profession and we work hardly we might have stability and we might buy our own house, what is the sweet home, the fruit of the our work while all life.

How are we considerating the lack of the own habitation, what is fundament of the basic condition of the live, part of the social protection, the humans' right?

The humans'work is the sweat of the human force, the wrecked health of the humans' life what we suffer while all life to we might have our fruit of the our work, the decent home, the our habitation.

The house, the sweet home where we enjoy our rest, where we've possibility to recover after illness, where we've possibility bring up our children and where they could study in stability and safety vibe, where we and our family might have privacity and independency.Own household or habitation is the familys' heritage and benefits since generation to generation. Nobody mightn't exist situations how the homelessnes because might have possibility where we can return always.

While long years the citizens, principle the needly people suffered and they suffer now also to wait they might have an own habitation. Needly families are waiting  in the poverty while ten or twenty years they might have a social habitation and while this period they pay the rent to the landlord, what's significant they were obliged to pay that valuer to the other persons' house- who turning a riches person- what they might pay for their own decent home.The people spend years of their life without they might have own habitation and their sons begin their live from the null also.

This way exist the huge riches in the real estate, the difference in the class struggle

 and hierarchy among citizens and citizens, it's the present of the inequality.

Few years appearanced the humiliation among citizens what bring up an other hierarchy among them, what might not exist before, just every person was considerable about their merits, years of their work and their behaviour.

Social habitation was a big trouble always across the country, but the Town Councils' Presidente prepared surprise in Christmas time and given some social habitations to the more needly families, but it  wasn't enough to all.

People remain behind in their economic and financial life.Many people lost their habitation in the unemployment situation, they lost their stability and they were oblige began their live since of initial.

The working class with minimum wage aren't liable buy a household or apartment, we must to build social houses what the people who has shortly pension can buy with the monthly rent without entrance and this way they might have an own decent home.

DIREITO PARA HABITAÇÃO

Habitação adequada, habitação social, direito para própria habitação 

Uma tristéza profunda, um sofrimento a presença a falta da própria habitação, é um situação de desigualdade, situação da riquéza e pobréza, situação do violação do Direitos Humanos.

Nascemos, crechemos, estudamos, escolhemos profissão e trbalhamos para ter estabilidade e seguir uma vida com sucesso e compramos a nossa casa. Nossa casa é o doce lar, o frutto do nosso trabalho durante tuda vida.

Como consideramos quando falta a própria habitação, que o fundamentum das condinções básicas da vida digna, parte do protecção social que é o Direiro do Homem?

O trabalho do homem, o suor do força humana, os gastos do saúde que o pessoa sofriu durante tuda vida para conseguir o frutto do trabalho dele, a casa, o própria habitação. A casa onde o homem desfruttar o descanso dele, onde tem possibilidade recuperar quando está doente, onde os filhos tem possibilidade crecher e estudar em estabilidade e segurança,onde pode ter o privacidade dele. A casa própria é os bens e a herença daquele família, gerações para gerações.Não existia o situação sem-abrigo porqué sempre tinha possibilidade onde voltar.

Durante muitos anos as pessoas sofreram e ainda sofre esperare o possibilidade ter habitação própria. Famílias mais pobres esperaram para habitação social durante dez e vinte anos e durante este periodo pagaram arrenda para o Senhorio ou viverem nas baraccas sem condições, foram obrigados pagare aquele valor para a casa de outra pessoa -quem enriqueçiu-, que podia pagar por a própria casa dele.

Pessoas gastaram os anos da vida deles sem ter habitação própria e os filhos deles tem comerçar a vida deles do zéro também. É sim existir o grande riquéza na área do imobiliária, o diferença na existéncia e hierarquia entre cidadão e cidadão, é o presença do desigualdade.

Emplantaram o humilhação das pessoas durante alguns anos que antigamente não existiu, pessoas foram tratados pelo méritos deles,pelo anos do trabalho e desempenho.

O habitação social sempre tive uma probléma geral, ma fim do ano os Presidentes das Cámaras fizeram suprésas e conseguiram entregar alguns

habitações sociais para os mais neccitados, ma não chegou para todos.

Pessoas ficaram para trás na vida económica e finançeira. Muito gente com o situação do desemprego perderem o crédito habitação, perderem estabilidade deles e foram obrigados comerçar a vida deles do início.

Trabalhadores com o salário mínimum

não é capaz comprar crédito habitação,

precisamos construir habitações sociais comprováveis que as pessoas com baixo salário ter poder do compra com arrendamento da casa sem entrada para conseguir ter habitação própria.

Tabalhador é produtívo se tem os direitos fundamentais que dar a estabilidade dele.
