RIGHT TO THE HABITATION

It's a big deal, a deep suffering when we feel the lack of the own habitation, what is a situation of the inequality, situation between poverty and riches, situation of the violation of the Human Rights.

We born, we grow up, we study, we must choose a profession and we work hardly we might have stability and we might buy our own house, what is the sweet home, the fruit of the our work while all life.

How are we considerating the lack of the own habitation, what is fundament of the basic condition of the live, part of the social protection, the humans' right?

The humans'work is the sweat of the human force, the wrecked health of the humans' life what we suffer while all life to we might have our fruit of the our work, the decent home, the our habitation.

The house, the sweet home where we enjoy our rest, where we've possibility to recover after illness, where we've possibility bring up our children and where they could study in stability and safety vibe, where we and our family might have privacity and independency.Own household or habitation is the familys' heritage and benefits since generation to generation. Nobody mightn't exist situations how the homelessnes because might have possibility where we can return always.

While long years the citizens, principle the needly people suffered and they suffer now also to wait they might have an own habitation. Needly families are waiting  in the poverty while ten or twenty years they might have a social habitation and while this period they pay the rent to the landlord, what's significant they were obliged to pay that valuer to the other persons' house- who turning a riches person- what they might pay for their own decent home.The people spend years of their life without they might have own habitation and their sons begin their live from the null also.

This way exist the huge riches in the real estate, the difference in the class struggle

 and hierarchy among citizens and citizens, it's the present of the inequality.

Few years appearanced the humiliation among citizens what bring up an other hierarchy among them, what might not exist before, just every person was considerable about their merits, years of their work and their behaviour.

Social habitation was a big trouble always across the country, but the Town Councils' Presidente prepared surprise in Christmas time and given some social habitations to the more needly families, but it  wasn't enough to all.

People remain behind in their economic and financial life.Many people lost their habitation in the unemployment situation, they lost their stability and they were oblige began their live since of initial.

The working class with minimum wage aren't liable buy a household or apartment, we must to build social houses what the people who has shortly pension can buy with the monthly rent without entrance and this way they might have an own decent home.

Habitação adequada, habitação social, direito para própria habitação 

Uma tristéza profunda, um sofrimento a presença a falta da própria habitação, é um situação de desigualdade, situação da riquéza e pobréza, situação do violação do Direitos Humanos.

Nascemos, crechemos, estudamos, escolhemos profissão e trbalhamos para ter estabilidade e seguir uma vida com sucesso e compramos a nossa casa. Nossa casa é o doce lar, o frutto do nosso trabalho durante tuda vida.

Como consideramos quando falta a própria habitação, que o fundamentum das condinções básicas da vida digna, parte do protecção social que é o Direiro do Homem?

O trabalho do homem, o suor do força humana, os gastos do saúde que o pessoa sofriu durante tuda vida para conseguir o frutto do trabalho dele, a casa, o própria habitação. A casa onde o homem desfruttar o descanso dele, onde tem possibilidade recuperar quando está doente, onde os filhos tem possibilidade crecher e estudar em estabilidade e segurança,onde pode ter o privacidade dele. A casa própria é os bens e a herença daquele família, gerações para gerações.Não existia o situação sem-abrigo porqué sempre tinha possibilidade onde voltar.

Durante muitos anos as pessoas sofreram e ainda sofre esperare o possibilidade ter habitação própria. Famílias mais pobres esperaram para habitação social durante dez e vinte anos e durante este periodo pagaram arrenda para o Senhorio ou viverem nas baraccas sem condições, foram obrigados pagare aquele valor para a casa de outra pessoa -quem enriqueçiu-, que podia pagar por a própria casa dele.

Pessoas gastaram os anos da vida deles sem ter habitação própria e os filhos deles tem comerçar a vida deles do zéro também. É sim existir o grande riquéza na área do imobiliária, o diferença na existéncia e hierarquia entre cidadão e cidadão, é o presença do desigualdade.

Emplantaram o humilhação das pessoas durante alguns anos que antigamente não existiu, pessoas foram tratados pelo méritos deles,pelo anos do trabalho e desempenho.

O habitação social sempre tive uma probléma geral, ma fim do ano os Presidentes das Cámaras fizeram suprésas e conseguiram entregar alguns

habitações sociais para os mais neccitados, ma não chegou para todos.

Pessoas ficaram para trás na vida económica e finançeira. Muito gente com o situação do desemprego perderem o crédito habitação, perderem estabilidade deles e foram obrigados comerçar a vida deles do início.

Trabalhadores com o salário mínimum

não é capaz comprar crédito habitação,

precisamos construir habitações sociais comprováveis que as pessoas com baixo salário ter poder do compra com arrendamento da casa sem entrada para conseguir ter habitação própria.

Tabalhador é produtívo se tem os direitos fundamentais que dar a estabilidade dele.
