Inequality

I´m not a friend of the injustice but inequality isn´t exist between woman and man in the power of profit, wages in Portugal.
Every person have value,have job and work possibility how is their level of the qualification,experience of the function, years of service.
These discretions of work are in our country, the workers must cover that no will be dismissed.
The manifestation for this impulse is wrong, it´s against the Law of the Human Rights what tell:
"All have rights without discrimination same wage for same work"
"All person have right to work, free choice of profession, equitable and agreeable condition and
unemployment protection"
Inequality is exist in an other way in the job place,what injure the carreer of the woman in all
profession what is a crime.
Manly the people who choose a profission with they might realize a successful carreer,but the same time they´ve an other job also how the prostitution or call girls who keep the men for benefits what
give an other extra wage, they influence the leadership and this way they harm the carreer of the others and have taken the power of profit.
We´ve need to be free this problem,we must take care the young people,they´ve need right ethics and
education and they will not liable with this kind of the crime.
We´ve need become seperate one profissoin from other profission. Everybody will find her place in the right place.
We can´t unit profissionalism with people who have other purpase and  to look after the profission how an unimportant job and other collegues suffer, go backwards and harm because they don´t want the
nocturnal-life also.
Other situation when the men have a business in the nocturnal-life also and have need the ladies to that job also and they harm with blackmail their  power of profit and carreer to obligate them for their wishies.
This way is exist the inequality in Portugal.
I lost my job and carreer because some collegues wont practise this crime against me.
